Symptoms:

High line pressure
Harsh shifts
Erratic TCC apply pressure
Poor lube oil control

Cause:

A worn pressure regulator reducing sleeve allows oil leakage.

Correction:

Replacing the worn OE sleeve with the Sonnax drop-in pressure regulator sleeve eliminates oil loss and cross-leakage.

Does not fit 41TE and 42RLE units with variable line pressure (VLP). VLP units can be identified by the presence of the line pressure solenoid and transducer mounted on the valve body.
